Dear Delegates and Guests of the ACS Delegation to the Kingdom of Morocco,
We hope you are looking forward to the upcoming delegation convening so soon. Please read this email in its entirety as there are several key updates included.
- The WhatsApp group is key to timely and efficient communication among the delegation (especially for transfers). If you have not yet joined, please do so on the link below. If you have any trouble joining, please call me and I will help you get connected.
- Please review the Arrival and Departure Schedules and Transfers list, as it has been updated. The sheet listing transfers is both attached and listed on the final information. This document outlines the logistics and cost associated with arrivals and departures. We will bill you for the added pre- and post- nights and transfers as your itinerary indicates necessary. If you anticipate arranging any of these on your own, please email CitizenAmbassador@CulturalVistas.org (Or call 202-545-7034) by COB Tomorrow, November 15th confirming you do not need us to plan for you.
