Dear NANN Delegates,

We are very excited for your upcoming delegation. Below are a few important steps you need to complete by January 2^nd, 2023:

• Pay your bill. All delegates were sent a preliminary bill via an automated email from Stripe. Please note: Per the terms and conditions, there are no refunds on your deposit within 90 days to the delegation convene date.

• Book your flights if you have not already. Once completed, please fill out the Flight Information Form. To be considered for transfers, you must complete this form by the due date.

• Send us your passport and vaccine card and your guests.
  • Passport copy and Covid-19 Vaccination card copy submission form (jotform.com)
• Add any guests using the Accompanying Guest Enrollment Form, we are accepting guest enrollments until Monday, December 19^th, 2022.

• Fill out the Added Services form if you would like to request private transfers or added nights.

• If you have not already, please refer to the Travel Information Page for information on Travel Readiness and the Cultural Briefing to prepare for your upcoming exchange.

Please also take note of the following:

• Airline regulations require identification tags on your luggage. Next week, we will be sending you two bright orange luggage tags. Delegates will receive their guest’s luggage tags. Please put one on your checked luggage and another on your carry-on luggage before leaving your home.  Please add your name and contact information on the identification card inside of the luggage tag.  These tags will help our ground team to identify luggage at the airport and for the hotel bell staff.
  • For international flights to and from UAE each person in economy (coach) class is limited to two suitcases with weight of each piece not to exceed 50 pounds. Should you exceed this limit, an excess luggage charge is enforced and will be collected by the airline.
• If you are planning on going on the Oman Extension Program, please make sure you have filled out the form linked here. The deadline for enrollment for the extension program and for passport and vaccine submission is Monday, December 19^th. Please ensure that your submission of these documents is on time, as we need them to book the flights for the extension.
