In preparation for your departure, we will be hosting a pre-departure call for any last-minute questions on Tuesday, April 18th, 2023 at 1:00pm EST. Due to the size of the delegation and the number of participants on the call, we are requesting that you submit your questions via email by COB on Monday, April 17th, 2023. Please see the invitation link at the bottom of this email.
For those who are unable to join us, we will be posting a recording of the call on the Delegate Communications Website.
April 16th, 2023 is the last day to submit your flight information form and Professional Profile Form. You will not be considered for transfers if this information is not submitted on time. Please also join the WhatsApp Group on this link as it will be your primary method of communication during the delegation.
