Delegation Leaders are selected by the professional association to represent the members and the goals of the association.  Delegation leaders provide the initial vision and guidance in the development of the professional program. Delegation Leaders assist in facilitating the professional dialog, greeting hosts and representing the delegation members while in the field.

 

Dr. Isabelita Rambob, DDS

  American Association of Women Dentists

 

Dr. Isabel Rambob is the President of the American Association of Women Dentists (AAWD) and the Founder and Executive Director of Rambob Training Service, LLC. She is also a dentist, dental educator, interpersonal skills consultant, dental coach, certified digital marketing professional, certified mediator and a prolific speaker who has lectured in the USA, Europe, Asia, and South America.

 Dr. Rambob received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of Feira de Santana, Brazil in 1997. She completed a one-year program in advanced education in comprehensive dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry in 2007. She then pursued and completed a one-year residency program in advanced education in general dentistry at Howard University College of Dentistry in 2008. She completed 40h training on mediation in 2017. 

Dr. Rambob is very passionate about teaching, mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and volunteering. She is an avid knowledge seeker who believes that commitment to professional development is one of the keys to professional success.
